Citrix License Server “Previous upload to citrix.com failed” error solution

In Citrix License Server open Citrix Licensing Manager, open settings, in Share usage statistics with Citrix -> Do not send any data to Citrix -> Save.

In new versions, there is no “Do not send any data to Citrix” checkbox

Open Citrix.opt file under MyFiles, change #CITRIX CEIP ANON > CITRIX CEIP NONE (Delete hashtag)
